Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that lead to the development of individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions designed to help patients and their families understand mental health challenges.

• Coordinate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure consistent and comprehensive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, helping patients navigate mental health emergencies with empathy and professionalism.

• Deliver educational resources regarding mental health conditions, treatment paths, and community support services.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

• Engage in team discussions, sharing insights and strategies during case consultations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse group of patients, including individuals battling depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction issues. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in California is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
