Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Provide therapeutic supervision to practicum students who are working towards clinical licensure, ensuring they meet their educational and professional goals.

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy services to clients, including adults, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to their unique needs.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community organizations to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address the multifaceted nature of mental health conditions.

• Excel in maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Stay informed about the latest trends, research, and advancements in mental health therapy to continually improve service and client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid state mental health license such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• Professional liability insurance to practice independently.
\n
• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, providing direct therapeutic services to clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 65,000 to 130,000 annually, with full-time therapists earning between $115,000 and $130,000. In addition, we provide a generous benefits package that includes:
