Our working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although some flexibility may be necessary to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify and address patients' individual needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that employ evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Crisis intervention duties, providing immediate assistance and support during mental health emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

Life Works Psychiatric Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
