Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs using established diagnostic tools and interview techniques.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices to address the unique challenges faced by each client.

• Provide counseling to individuals, groups, and families using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care, tailored to client requirements.

• Engage in collaborative meetings with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive and cohesive care.

• Act as a first responder in crisis situations by providing intervention and support, ensuring safety and immediate care for clients in distress.

• Participate in community outreach programs to promote mental health services, raise awareness, and reduce stigma around mental health issues.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse client population, including individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds facing a spectrum of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active, independent license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
