Work Environment\n

In the remote setting of our outpatient office, you’ll have the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while still engaging closely with your patients. You’ll work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with possible adjustments to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to discern patients' needs and formulate personalized treatment strategies.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to guide therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate educational and support groups, fostering an environment of community and shared healing among clients.

• Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide cohesive and comprehensive care.

• Deliver crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in case consultations and regular team meetings, contributing to the collective knowledge and effectiveness of our practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct mental health assessments and devise effective treatment plans.

• Experience delivering individual and group therapy, equipped to work with various client demographics.

• Sound professional judgment and adherence to ethical guidelines in all interactions.

• Familiarity with electronic health records and relevant technology for efficient practice management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
