Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space while maintaining regular business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. As part of our outpatient office, you will utilize modern telehealth technologies to conduct consultations, assessments, and therapy sessions. Our streamlined paperwork processes will ensure that you can dedicate your time and energy to providing exceptional care to your clients, rather than being bogged down by administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for new clients, developing personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices and tailored intervention strategies.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively address clients’ unique needs.

• Maintain accurate, electronic clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and peers to enhance the holistic care provided, participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journeys.

• Continuously engage in professional development to stay abreast of the latest research, methodologies, and advancements in the field of mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
