Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, your role encompasses a variety of essential tasks, including:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify and evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborating with clients to create individualized treatment plans that focus on their unique goals, preferences, and challenges.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to address mood disorders.

• Providing education and support not only to clients but also to their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies that empower them on their recovery journey.

• Monitoring and documenting clients' progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting individuals dealing with a broad spectrum of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression and anxiety. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology and the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration.
