Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students seeking clinical licensure or advancing their Master's education, emphasizing real-world applications of therapeutic techniques.

• Deliver skilled psychotherapy services to a diverse caseload of individuals, couples, and families, tailoring approaches based on unique backgrounds and circumstances.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals across various disciplines and community resources to enhance holistic care and treatment coordination.

• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans based on client feedback, progress, and evolving needs.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date client records and documentation in accordance with clinic policies and legal regulations to ensure high-quality care delivery.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A valid and active state license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).
