Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to identify unique patient histories and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to deliver effective interventions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, enabling patients to process their trauma, navigate their emotions, and build essential coping strategies.

• Work in close collaboration with psychiatrists, physicians, and other health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis interventions during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring a rapid, compassionate response to patient's immediate needs.

Qualifications\n
