Key Responsibilities\n

• Supervise and mentor practicum students working towards their clinical licensure, providing weekly guidance and support.

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans that align with best practices in mental health.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work predominantly with a diverse clientele seeking help for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma recovery. Your therapeutic approach will be instrumental in fostering lasting, positive changes in their lives, and you will play a crucial role in empowering clients to navigate their paths towards improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field.

• A valid state license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) to practice independently within California.

• Professional liability insurance to ensure comprehensive protection for both you and your clients.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience supervising or mentoring mental health students or interns.

• Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary, ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, with additional opportunities for uncapped earnings based on performance.
