This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work setting while ensuring you can provide care during regular business hours, typically Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy to assigned clients utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostics for clients, ensuring that they meet medical necessity and DSM V criteria.

• Design and lead psycho-educational groups and classes on topics such as parenting, mental health awareness, and coping strategies.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and reports, adhering to regulatory and clinic standards.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals for clinical supervision and case consultation, promoting a team-oriented environment.

• Achieve productivity goals by managing your caseload effectively and ensuring a set number of billable hours each week.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be serving children and families in need of mental health support. You will work with clients presenting a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Our approach prioritizes culturally sensitive practices to ensure that all clients feel understood, validated, and supported.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure in California as a LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist).

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling role.

• Strong organizational skills to manage documentation, billing, and caseload.

• Self-motivated individuals with the ability to work independently and proactively within a remote setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
