Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations with clients to identify their mental health needs, using standardized tools and methodologies to inform treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and groups, employing a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness approaches.

• Provide crisis intervention to individuals presenting acute distress, utilizing your clinical judgment and interpersonal skills to stabilize and support them during critical moments.

Qualifications\n

• A currently active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n
