Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to develop individualized therapy strategies that align with their specific needs and goals.

• Maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards by documenting all client interactions and maintaining up-to-date clinical records within our electronic medical records (EMR) system.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey is essential.

• Proven capability to establish rapport with diverse clientele through exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
