Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify and evaluate students' emotional, social, and behavioral needs.

• Utilize evidence-based methods to provide individualized and group counseling sessions addressing various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment challenges.

• Facilitate group workshops focused on essential topics such as bullying prevention, stress management, and developing social skills necessary for student interactions.

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create and implement behavior interventions tailored to individual student needs.

• Provide ongoing support during student transitions, assisting with referrals to appropriate community resources for additional services.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention, including risk assessments and safety planning, to ensure students' well-being during critical situations.

• Design and conduct psychoeducation workshops for students, parents, and school staff, fostering a better understanding of mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and educational qualifications. In addition, you will receive a sign-on bonus as an added incentive to join our dedicated team.
