Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a variety of mental health therapy techniques and interventions to address the emotional and behavioral needs of individuals and families.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to develop personalized treatment plans, including initial discharge plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions tailored to the needs identified in the treatment plan.

• Collaborate with clients to provide ongoing treatment planning and adjust services as necessary based on their progress.

• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy services in compliance with organizational and professional standards.

• Manage a caseload of clients, participating in regular treatment team meetings to discuss client progress and coordinate services.

• Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude towards clients and colleagues at all times.

• Address client concerns promptly and aim to resolve any complaints, ensuring a focus on patient safety.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and contributions.
