Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, guiding the development of personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Provide individual therapy using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities appropriate to the client’s circumstances.

• Work collaboratively with clients to set therapeutic goals, monitor their progress, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimum outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy options to enhance access for clients who prefer virtual consultations or may face barriers to in-person visits.

• Maintain high standards of documentation and record-keeping to comply with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements, ensuring the confidentiality and security of client information.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, such as workshops and training sessions, to enhance clinical competencies and stay abreast of advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client demographic is diverse, ranging from children and adolescents to adults experiencing various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional challenges. You will directly impact individuals from different backgrounds, helping them navigate their journeys of healing and recovery with empathy and expertise.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated ability to create a safe, trusting, and inclusive therapeutic environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year , commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
