This full-time position primarily offers remote work, but occasional in-office meetings in our Yonkers, New York facility may be required. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional needs, employing a variety of tests and questionnaires.

• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs, goals, and challenges, adjusting them as necessary based on progress and feedback.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness approaches, in conducting one-on-one, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Track and document client progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards while adjusting treatment methodologies as required.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention when needed, offering support and resources to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.

• Maintain highly confidential records and case notes, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and professional ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n
