Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to gather comprehensive information about clients' mental health histories, concerns, and goals, leading to the establishment of effective and individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions that utilize proven modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Collaborate with clients to establish meaningful therapeutic goals and actively monitor their progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy services to clients who prefer virtual sessions due to accessibility challenges or personal preference, ensuring that high-quality care is available to all.

• Maintain timely and accurate client documentation in accordance with ethical and professional standards, contributing to our commitment to quality mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in the state of New York as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
