Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health history and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy sessions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), focusing on the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Set therapeutic objectives and continuously monitor and adjust them based on client progress and feedback.

• Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients who face barriers to in-person visits or prefer the convenience of virtual sessions.

• Maintain precise and ethical documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with relevant regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Completion of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.

• Strong organizational abilities and effective time-management skills to handle a diverse caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with prior experience in outpatient therapy settings, expertise in trauma-informed care, or familiarity with telehealth practices will be given preference.
