Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your role includes a variety of critical responsibilities:

• Collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and any co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to promote recovery.

• Engage extensively with other treatment team members including physicians, case managers, and social workers to coordinate integrated care for clients.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
