Key Responsibilities\n

The duties of a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at SpringLeaf include:

• Conducting thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health status and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Designing and implementing individualized treatment strategies, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities based on client goals and therapeutic needs.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for the position, candidates must possess the following:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage client caseloads effectively.

• No history of disciplinary actions on record.
