This position is remote, allowing you to provide therapy sessions from your home while ensuring a flexible work-life balance. Our facility focuses on outpatient services, giving you the chance to work closely with clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate actively in a weekly treatment team meeting, where you will collaborate with fellow clinicians to discuss treatment goals and strategies.

• Conduct utilization reviews with insurance companies, providing essential clinical documentation to secure authorizations for initial and continued care.
\n
• Maintain open and timely communication with family members and loved ones, returning all correspondence within two hours during business hours and within 24 hours outside of those hours.
\n
• Foster connections with the Utilization Review Department and Business Department to ensure seamless authorization and billing processes, while coordinating with referral sources to facilitate a smooth continuum of care.
\n
• Initiate discharge planning upon admission, preparing clients for their transition and ensuring they comprehend their coping strategies, support resources, and follow-up appointments before they leave.
\n
• Effectively manage crisis situations during sessions and provide assistance to milieu staff, promoting a high standard of care for all clients.
\n
• Complete all clinical documentation promptly, with a requirement to enter notes at the time of service to reflect accurate and up-to-date treatment records.
\n
• Establish rapport with clients and their families, conducting thorough assessments for risk factors such as suicidality and potential harm to self or others.
\n
• Facilitate the admission process for new clients with professionalism, courtesy, and a welcoming demeanor.

The clients you will work with consist of diverse individuals seeking mental health support, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health concerns. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing their unique needs and guiding them toward recovery and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an independent mental health license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
\n
• Strong ability to manage a diverse caseload and interact with large providers and support staff effectively.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records and conducting electronic communications efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
