Work Environment\n

This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to create a work-life balance that suits your personal needs. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to promoting mental wellness, engaging in virtual case conferences, and utilizing telehealth technologies to monitor progress and provide ongoing support to clients. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which promotes a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Diagnose and provide treatment for diverse mental health disorders, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s needs.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans through comprehensive assessments and clinical evaluations.

• Conduct regular one-on-one and group therapy sessions that facilitate open dialogue and exploration of clients’ emotional and mental hurdles.

• Monitor client progress through ongoing assessments and adjust treatment strategies as needed to ensure effective outcomes.

• Provide counseling and guidance to families, offering tools and strategies to enhance familial relationships and dynamics.

• Collaboratively work with other health care professionals to coordinate client care and refer clients to specialized services when necessary.

Qualifications\n
