As a fully remote role, you will conduct therapy sessions regardless of location while using an intuitive digital platform designed specifically for therapists. Our user-friendly therapist portal streamlines the documentation process, enabling you to focus primarily on patient care rather than administrative tasks. You will be connected with a close-knit team of fellow mental health professionals and have access to a supportive Therapy Leadership Team that offers guidance and consultation as needed.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments to monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation through our therapist portal, which simplifies the paperwork process and minimizes time spent on administration.
\n
• Formulate mental health diagnoses in accordance with DSM V standards and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate best practices.
\n
• Provide therapy services including cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior modification, and brief therapy techniques tailored to each client's unique needs.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to ensure comprehensive treatment plans are effectively executed.
\n
• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with adult clients, managing a diverse array of emotional and psychological disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a range of adults facing various emotional disorders, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. You will play a pivotal role in delivering culturally responsive care, understanding the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client. Qualifications\n

• A valid independent license in the state of Oregon, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC. Holding licenses in multiple states is highly desirable.

• Strong commitment to providing culturally competent care and an eagerness to treat diverse populations.

• Proficient in using technology, particularly digital platforms for clinical documentation and therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
