Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to pinpoint clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs, outlining clear goals and interventions.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning when necessary, ensuring client safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, creating spaces for shared experiences and healing.

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Possession of a master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
