Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulating individualized treatment plans based on clients’ cognitive and emotional needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy, brief therapy, and behavior modification, to diverse populations either as individuals, groups, or families.

• Provide crisis intervention by evaluating patient needs swiftly and coordinating appropriate service connections during urgent situations.

• Facilitate training and educational workshops on clinical topics for team members, enhancing overall service quality within the organization.
\n
• Perform intake assessments and prepare Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessments utilizing the DSM V standards to establish accurate diagnoses.

• Support mental health workers and therapy assistants by providing clinical supervision and professional guidance, ensuring compliance with best practice standards.

• Collaborate with other community stakeholders to develop holistic care plans, ensuring comprehensive support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving mothers and individuals from underserved communities, requiring sensitivity and an understanding of the socioeconomic factors that impact their mental health. You will work closely with clients facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring mental health and chemical dependency disorders, ensuring each client is met with compassion and respect.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited program.

• An independent license to practice in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
