Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to state and federal regulations related to mental health practice, ensuring the confidentiality and security of client records.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with multidisciplinary teams, contributing insights and recommendations to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve providing mental health counseling to individuals and families who face barriers to accessing care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
