Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain an active caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing rapport while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and facilitate discharges when appropriate.
\n
• Develop, implement, and monitor tailored, person-centered treatment plans that align with each client's needs and goals.
\n
• Keep accurate documentation and progress notes documenting client interactions and treatment timelines.
\n
• Conduct intake assessments with new clients to determine their needs and create initial treatment plans.
\n
• Engage in individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Participate actively in individual supervision sessions to reflect on practice and ensure continuous professional development.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, sharing insights and strategies to optimize client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with no restrictions, independent, and active status.

• Proficient in the use of technology tools, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy for efficient case management and documentation.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating the ability to handle varying levels of client complexity.
