Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ presenting issues, life histories, and therapy objectives.

• Deliver evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Narrative Therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, actively involving clients in their therapeutic journey while monitoring their progress throughout.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all client interactions and documentation.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed of best practices in the field, attending relevant workshops, and learning new therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client interactions will span various demographics and therapeutic needs, including but not limited to individuals facing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, and personal development goals. You will also work with families dealing with end-of-life issues typical within a Hospice environment, offering critical support during sensitive life transitions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.

• At least two years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, with a preference for those with backgrounds in private practice or hospice care.

• Proven clinical skills encompassing assessment, treatment planning, and the implementation of interventions.

• Excellent communication capabilities, demonstrating empathy and strong interpersonal skills in all client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

Previous work within a remote therapy model or familiarity with telehealth platforms is an advantage.
