Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to ascertain clients' mental health needs, strengths, and resources, tailoring your approach to each individual’s situation.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities—including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and trauma-informed care—to effectively address client concerns.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting specific, measurable goals and interventions that reflect the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure the best outcomes for clients.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups designed to foster community and build coping skills among participants.
\n
• Offer crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans for clients as necessary, ensuring immediate support for those in need.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations.

You will work with a diverse client population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n
