Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate each client's mental health status, drawing on their strengths, challenges, and resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy through evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Create personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions tailored to each client's needs.

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure coherent and coordinated care, contributing to a holistic approach to mental health support.

• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions, conduct risk assessments, and implement safety planning when necessary, ensuring client well-being in challenging times.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation that is compliant with ethical and legal regulations.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering community and connection among clients.

The clients you’ll serve are diverse, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a wide array of mental health struggles. With your expertise as an LCSW, you will empower clients on their unique paths toward recovery, addressing issues like anxiety, trauma, and life transitions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health or outpatient settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
