This remote role provides flexible working conditions while you manage your caseload from the comfort of your own space. The outpatient nature of our services means you will directly engage with clients from various backgrounds and experiences, offering convenience and individualized support. Our hours of operation extend from 7 am to 10 pm, giving you the flexibility to set your schedule according to client needs. We are dedicated to ensuring our team members are well-supported in their roles, which includes extensive administrative assistance, thus allowing you to focus entirely on patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ histories and recommend appropriate treatment strategies.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on recovery from trauma and enhancing coping skills.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to foster healing.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to help clients process experiences and develop effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a team of psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and ensure the well-being of all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention support for patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies, ensuring a calm and composed approach.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources to support recovery.

• Ensure accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, new hires will benefit from a sign-on bonus, guaranteed pay with annual increases, and opportunities for performance bonuses.
