Work Environment\n

This remote position allows you to work primarily from home, affording increased flexibility. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Implement tailored therapeutic interventions, ensuring that each session fosters empathy, trust, and safety in the therapeutic relationship.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be providing support to a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Your understanding of the challenges faced by these individuals will be vital in guiding them toward recovery. Engaging with clients via telehealth allows you to reach those who may have barriers to accessing traditional in-person services, ensuring that they receive the necessary support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active, unrestricted license to practice as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Florida.

• Strong understanding of various psychotherapy techniques, particularly solution-focused interventions, to enhance client care.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
