Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to accurately determine clients’ mental health conditions and inform treatment decisions.

• Design and implement tailored therapeutic interventions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address specific client needs.
\n
• Engage in regular follow-up sessions to provide continuous support and adjustment of treatment plans as clients progress.
\n
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that encourage openness, healing, and personal growth.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and family physicians, to ensure comprehensive patient care and referrals when appropriate.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and client progress within our EHR system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on empowering individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. You will be tasked with understanding cultural nuances and social determinants that affect your clients' mental health, allowing for a more customized therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.
\n
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working with diverse populations in mental health settings.

• Proficient understanding of various mental health disorders and proven experience with evidence-based treatment methods.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, enabling a calm and effective response during challenging situations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for building rapport with clients from varying backgrounds.

• Technologically adept, particularly with EHR systems and standard computer applications to manage patient data effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in delivering culturally responsive therapy that acknowledges and integrates clients’ cultural backgrounds and personal experiences.

• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other specialized treatment approaches.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to offer holistic care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
