Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations of clients through virtual sessions to identify their mental health needs, concerns, and goals.

• Create individualized treatment plans that utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, ensuring they align with clients' unique preferences and circumstances.

• Perform therapy sessions via secure, HIPAA-compliant digital platforms, adapting techniques to suit the virtual environment.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of each session including client progress notes, treatment updates, and any changes in the treatment plan.

As a therapist within our network, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential to building rapport and establishing therapeutic relationships remotely.

• Compassionate and empathetic approach towards clients’ experiences, with a strong understanding of the challenges associated with remote therapy.

• Proficient organizational and time-management skills to effectively juggle client sessions, documentation, and other responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting or with virtual therapy delivery is a plus.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others relevant to clinical practice.

• Experience working with various mental health disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma.
