Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions with clients using our secure telehealth platform to address emotional, mental, and behavioral issues.

• Deliver crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, employing evidence-based strategies and techniques to ensure their safety and support.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation through our intuitive therapist portal, which provides digital tools for efficient record-keeping and compliance with best practices.

• Administer mental health screenings and assessments to identify treatment needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and adjust them as necessary based on client progress.

• Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques where applicable to assist clients facing behavioral challenges, ensuring a comprehensive and thoughtful approach to therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. Our clients may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues and may also include those with co-occurring disorders. Your role will involve fostering trusting relationships with clients as you guide them through their therapeutic journeys, enabling them to navigate difficulties and achieve their personal goals for wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field such as Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, or Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, specifically working with individuals with various behavioral health challenges.

• Strong knowledge of current therapeutic techniques, principles, and trends in individual and family counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Resonance Mental Health, LLC offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a full benefits package.
