Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to effectively identify clients' mental health needs, including symptoms, histories, and personal goals.

• Craft and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique experiences and aspirations of each client, reassessing and modifying strategies as necessary.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy to adults, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to empower clients in their healing journey.

• Deliver therapeutic services via teletherapy, ensuring that clients have access to mental health support in a convenient and comfortable format.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
