Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to understand each client's unique situation.

• Collaborate actively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that consider their specific needs, goals, and cultural backgrounds.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a variety of formats, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy, employing techniques such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).

• Provide crisis intervention and support for patients in acute distress, coordinating care with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, to comply with regulatory guidelines and clinic policies.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them with strategies to effectively manage mental health conditions.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure coordinated care that meets the holistic needs of clients.

• Regularly assess treatment outcomes and adjust plans as necessary based on client feedback and evolving needs.

• Stay current with mental health research and best practices, integrating new knowledge into your therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Proficiency in working both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
