Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake assessments to understand clients' mental health history and current status, including risk factors and treatment readiness.

• Develop individualized therapy plans based on clinical frameworks, ensuring they align with clients' goals and preferences.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies, tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

• Hold regular therapy sessions, offering guidance, support, and tangible coping strategies to aid clients in overcoming their mental health challenges.

• Maintain detailed and accurate electronic health records (EHR), documenting client progress and treatment modifications as necessary.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care and appropriate referrals when higher levels of care are warranted.

• Stay updated on the latest mental health research and evidence-based practices to enhance therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The diverse range of clients you'll work with includes individuals struggling with various mental health conditions, such as anxiety disorders, depression, substance use issues, and eating disorders. You will employ culturally competent practices to ensure all clients feel valued and understood, adapting your approach to meet the unique cultural backgrounds and experiences of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.

• At least four years of relevant clinical experience working in mental health, with a proven track record of assisting diverse populations.

• Expertise in contemporary evidence-based treatment methods and practices.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster trust and rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, with the ability to navigate emergencies with professionalism and poise.

Compensation and Benefits\n
