Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to identify their mental health needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

• Engage in collaborative documentation practices with multidisciplinary teams to streamline patient care through regular updates during team meetings and patient rounds.

• Provide case management support, coordinating with hospital and community resources to ensure a holistic approach to each patient’s treatment.

• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities to deliver tailored interventions that address specific challenges faced by clients.

• Maintain ethical standards in clinical documentation to uphold quality care and comply with departmental guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Bright Health, you will work primarily with clients seeking outpatient mental health services. Our clientele includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma recovery. Your role will be pivotal in providing compassionate care that addresses each client’s unique circumstances and promotes recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the State of Colorado.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

• Ability to commit to a flexible work schedule of 10 to 40 hours per week or more, focusing on client-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
