Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing and maintaining positive therapeutic relationships that adhere to professional ethics and boundaries.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with encompass a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety disorders, major depressive disorder, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. Your expertise in addressing these varied conditions will be paramount in guiding patients toward improved mental health outcomes. You will be expected to implement tailored therapy approaches that resonate with each individual's unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a similar field from an accredited institution.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of one year of documented clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.

• Exceptional communication, listening, and critical-thinking skills that facilitate effective counseling sessions.
