While your main work will occur during standard office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM), occasional evening sessions and on-call support may be necessary to meet the immediate needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals diagnosed with terminal conditions who are enrolled in hospice care, along with their families. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a relevant credential that indicates your professional expertise.

Compensation and Benefits\n
