Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique goals.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices to promote emotional well-being.

• Collaborate closely with clients to establish therapeutic objectives, routinely reviewing progress to adapt goals and strategies as necessary during the treatment journey.

• Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring equal access to care for those with mobility or transportation challenges.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions, following ethical guidelines and regulatory standards to uphold our professional integrity.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, webinars, and training sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on the latest clinical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving clients dealing with complex emotional issues including trauma, anxiety, and depression. You will work with diverse populations, including individuals and families facing end-of-life challenges, providing essential emotional support and coping strategies during difficult times. Your role will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys and achieve a sense of stability and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
