Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify mental health needs and establish tailored therapy treatment goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and lead group therapy sessions to support clients in their mental health journeys.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records of patient interactions, observations, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Continuously evaluate patient progress and effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide patients with information about community resources and therapeutic activities that promote overall well-being.

• Deliver individual, group, and family psychotherapy, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment that addresses all aspects of the client’s life.

• Document all therapeutic activities and treatment interventions in a timely manner to ensure continuity of care.

• Assist with direct patient care as needed, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population characterized by various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be crucial in addressing the unique needs of each patient by employing evidence-based therapeutic methods to achieve positive mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of professional experience in a mental health counseling role is required. Experience in a community health setting or with diverse populations is preferred and will enhance our commitment to providing exemplary care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
