Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments with clients via secure video calls to identify their mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, marriage, and group counseling sessions, leveraging your expertise to guide clients in a supportive manner.

• Utilize virtual mental health screening tools to accurately assess clients, ensuring that all aspects of their mental health are addressed.

• Collaborate with clients to establish attainable goals while assessing their circumstances and preferences during treatment.
\n
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' specific needs, monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary.

• Maintain regular check-ins and therapy sessions to provide ongoing support, ensuring clients receive the guidance they need at every stage of their journey.

• Engage in additional integrated practice tasks to contribute to the development of our telehealth services framework and enhance community outreach efforts.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals, couples, families, and groups seeking support for various mental and behavioral health challenges. You will work with clients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, relationship difficulties, and substance use disorders. We prioritize providing culturally competent care to all clients, ensuring they feel supported and understood throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW) from an accredited institution.

• An active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport and trust with clients in a virtual setting.

• Working knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and counseling theories.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience providing mental and behavioral health services, with a proven track record in individual and group therapy.

• Prior experience with remote counseling or teletherapy is highly valued.

• Expertise in dealing with a range of client concerns, particularly those involving co-occurring disorders, trauma, or substance use issues.

• A strong familiarity with current trends, techniques, and practices within mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive annual salary range of $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance as well as opportunities for professional development and continuing education.
