Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, aimed at facilitating healing and progress in clients.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards, ensuring our commitment to professionalism and ethical practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care and to ensure clients receive holistic support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals facing a range of mental health challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional difficulties. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Atrium Health, you will be actively involved in guiding these individuals towards recovery and wellbeing, using a client-centered approach that emphasizes empowerment and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in the state of California.

• Proficient in employing solution-focused therapy techniques tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients.
