Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments during initial consultations to uncover patients' needs and establish effective, personalized treatment strategies.

• Provide therapeutic interventions using evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups that offer patients a safe space to share experiences and learn about coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals to coordinate holistic patient care and to optimize treatment outcomes.

• Deliver crisis intervention services during challenging moments, ensuring that patients have the support they need during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, potential treatments, and available community resources, fostering a thorough understanding of their mental health journey.

• Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards through our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population includes adults struggling with various mental health issues, ranging from mood disorders like depression and anxiety to complex conditions such as bipolar disorder and substance abuse challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health diagnoses, evidence-based treatment techniques, and relevant therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
