Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health, particularly focusing on mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related challenges.

• Work closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to their goals, preferences, and circumstances.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver effective interventions that promote mental health recovery.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, therapeutic processes, and self-care techniques to enhance overall understanding and engagement.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans in response to their ongoing needs and feedback, ensuring a flexible and responsive approach to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals dealing with mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, specifically CBT and DBT, with a strong focus on mood disorders.

• Solid understanding of psychopharmacology to effectively collaborate with psychiatrists in developing treatment strategies.
