Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and solution-focused frameworks tailored to individual client needs.

• Implement effective therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other recognized modalities, ensuring that methods are appropriate for each client's circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, complying with all regulatory standards, including HIPAA, to protect client information.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
