Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnostics to understand each patient’s unique challenges, fostering the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy for individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups to foster community awareness and understanding around common mental health issues, helping patients realize they are not alone in their struggles.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive approach to patient care, aligning all treatment strategies.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, maintaining a calm and effective presence to assist patients in distress.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources that can aid their recovery.
\n
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards of practice.
\n
• Engage in regular participation in team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education events to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Stay informed about the latest research, advancements in therapeutic techniques, and regulatory changes in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The successful applicant will work with a diverse patient base including adolescents and adults facing conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and substance use disorders. We foster a holistic approach to mental health, recognizing the individual circumstances that contribute to each patient's experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of tailored therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Proven experience in delivering therapy to diverse populations, with a sensitivity to multicultural considerations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to establish rapport with clients effectively.

• Thorough understanding of ethical practices and compliance within the mental health field.
\n
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems along with general computer applications. Familiarity with telehealth platforms will be beneficial.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy in a telehealth environment is highly desired.

• Previous work in an outpatient psychiatric setting, demonstrating capability to handle a caseload effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary range for this position is USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
